How to Book a Tee Time on the PAPGCL Website

1. Click on “Book Tee Time” link on PAPGCL Website – this will carry you to a separate application to book a Tee Time.
2. Click on either “Start at #1 Tee” or “Start at #10 Tee” for front or back starts.
3. Select a date on calendar and a time for your required Tee time
   Note: Only remaining available tee times will be shown as options.
4. Enter Your Name (Mandatory), Contact information (Optional but recommended), whether playing 9 or 18 holes (Mandatory), Group Size (Mandatory), and other Names in group (Optional)
   b. Click on “Agree to the cancellation policy”
5. Verify Final Tee Time that was booked on system
6. Close and Exit Page
7. You will receive a confirmation email. Your Tee Time and information will be booked and logged at the PAPGCL office.
8. To Re-schedule or Cancel this Tee Time, go to confirmation email and select either of these options, and follow Steps 3 to 6.
   Note: If you wish to change “Front” or “Back” start, then cancel this booked tee Time and repeat steps 2 to 6.
